v1.4 BETA 4:

* Fixed RTS issue
* Fixed problem with using the correct screen for GBA game play
* Fixed problem preventing GBA demos/homebrew from running
* Improved handling of GBA game saves
* NDS Browser auto-patching now works after soft-resetting from a
rumble enabled game
* Random skin selection has been made more random, and the default
skin is now included in the ramdom selection
* Miscellaneous other improvements
