Here's the first cheat collection for a console with a softwarelist in
MESS - hopefully this will be useful as the exact game images will
be 'readily' available in the normal places.

This is not a straight conversion of the existing coleco cheat
collection - I've done days of extra work adding new RAM and ROM cheats.
