Alpha+++

- added setting for those machines which can’t divide CPU
load between cores well enough.

Alpha++

- added separate thread for CEL emulation (this means more
speed and better sound);
- added full screen mode and ability to change size of the window;
- added options to boot from CD, screen aspect ratio and autorun.
