本作企圖把封建社會的動員方式揉合在遊戲中，如同系列的名稱，Levy & Campaign
玩家扮演條頓以及羅斯進行對抗
本作其中一個目的是要將中古封建制度揉合在遊戲中
因此軍勢的組成是以領主為核心，軍隊配置在代表領主的卡排上進行戰鬥。
另外也使用卡牌的機制，限制指揮領主的權限。
