Duration of each Poison Enchanted globule reduced from 8 to 6 seconds.

to 3 per cast
Poison Enchanted is now triggered with more variation in timing from
Champion packs
The "Kill Malthael" quest is now required to be completed before Malthael
will drop loot

during the event to complete
