之前fbas未遵守開源協議，沒有公佈源代碼，導致fba不更新

"我们拒绝更新，直到fbas团队尊重许可证。
We refuse to update until the FBAS team respects the FBA license and releases
their sources.
This means that my current work, Neo-Geo CD emulation (and a few others),
will not be added to FBA ever if the FBAS team continues to ignore requests
to do the right thing."
