想請教一下，在同一個回合內，左右玩家這個回合蓋出來的棕色或灰色卡片的資源，
玩家在這個回合內不能買這個資源嗎？
(我看卡牌屋翻譯的中文規則這樣寫)
但是我看英文是
If these resources are produced by a neighboring city - players sitting
directly to the left or right of that palyer - the player will be able to
purchase the missing resource(s) through commerce.
完全沒提到這點，還是因為當你的上一家蓋出來時，因為資源還不算產生，
而且在這之前你也不知道他會蓋出這張牌，所以規則上你不能去買這個資源呢？

另外原來還有規則是，這個回合交易賺到的錢，不能用來跟其他玩家交易買資源
(就是要當作支票還沒兌現....)
