過了四天還是決定寫信抱怨客訴 還有要求退款

我覺得總要有人抱怨 不然折磨玩家的活動一直辦 到場的人都是附了門票錢交通錢住宿錢還
有一兩天假

我提了三項問題

1. 場地沒標示沒遮陰 都辦多少次了還是這個問題

2. 付費玩家拿不到免費禮物 慷人之慨 倒不是不願意與他人同樂 但是沒特定對象隨機發放
也太差勁 拿玩家的錢去辦自己的免費宣傳同樂會實在惡劣

3. 內容差 跟前一天比差的明顯 兩倍價格 一半不到的內容 出怪不如標示 任務折磨 關主
也折磨 然後色違率奇差無比 身邊的平均是整場三隻 大約社群日一半不到

我的帳號抓了至少六小時數百隻 0 色違 大約也是這次決定客訴的主因

有人也跟我一樣慘嗎？

Hi, I am here the complain bad experience of pokemon go tour live in Kaohsiung a
nd I request for ticket refund on this account.

The complain include three item.

First one is the event area is bad labelled and not sheltered. It is painful to
all Real Trainer who physically paied and traivel to visit the event.

Second, you give free stuff to random ppl in the event, but the paid trainers no
t guaranteed to receive. It is fun to have citizens involved, but sucks when pai
ed ppl get Nothing. U are being generous using momey trainers paied.

The last one is the content of the event sucks. This tour event cost double the
price than the previous day and worth less than half. The pokemon actually shows
up in the event is slow and not match your announcement and made the event res
earch painful to complete. The location trainer to defeat is too hard to average
trainer.
And the shinny ratio is Very Very Very Bad. At least three trainers around me wh
o nonstop catching and solving research and fighting gym for at least 6 hours ge
t around three shinny, which is half less than a normal free community day.
And this account get ZERO, totally not acceptable. Zero out of several hundreds
catch is your ratio issue, not any trainer's lucky issue.

From the complain above i request for ticket refund or made up of this account.
And more important is i wish you can have a public sorry or explain to all who j
oin this event.

I still looking for better experience event can take place in Taiwan and thats w
hy i have to say all this today.
