交易內容: 騰訊爸爸並沒有直接每Ubisoft的股票，而是入主Ubisoft創辦人的持股公司

Guillemot，花了約三億鎂買下49.9%的股份，但只有5%的投票權

其中一些細節

1. 騰訊爸爸購入價格約為80鎂/股，市面上大概溢價83%

2. 騰訊爸爸對Ubisoft本體持股上限可以從原本的4.5%變成9.99%

3. 騰訊+Guillemot家族現在控制了Ubisoft 29.9%股份

4. 騰訊爸爸8年內不能再增加Guillemot股份，5年內賣掉只能賣給Guillemot

5. Ubisoft/Guillemot持續獨立於騰訊爸爸之外，主導權不會轉移到騰訊

騰訊和Guillemot合作其實要從2015那時候和Vivendi那場仗開始

雙方在2018年終究擊垮Vivendi的計畫
