顯卡請教,麻煩了 - Steam

最近重回CS1.6懷抱，才發現fps跳得很嚴重
正常約50-60，大會戰或者遇敵時馬上跳到10-20
想改善卻苦無下手之處，整個毫無頭緒，
爬了文章後發現建議換CPU和顯卡為多，所以想請教大家
目前我的配備
CPU: P4 3.0G
顯卡: ASUS 5700U
記憶體: 512MB x 2
如果以不換CPU為前提下，目前我該從顯卡下手嗎？
亦或是記憶體也提升到2G好呢？
因為本身是硬體白痴，所以打算拿給店家重灌+硬體升級
不知道各位是否可以推薦我的CPU適合用的，N系列AGP的顯卡呢？
整體預算大概3000-5000，麻煩各位給點意見..感激不盡
PS.只希望FPS能穩穩的維持在60定數，並不奢望可以99-100常駐..謝謝
