有件事情想請問一下板主，就當做我在質疑好了
身在一個民主主義國家，人民為何不能有質疑的權利？
如果以不要質疑執行人的熱心及用心，因為這是為大家謀福利為理由
要大家團結一心，而模糊掉爭議處，感覺勢在必行，進而修改法案
表面上讓人民覺得自己也能受益，有何不可?
其實共產黨就是常常使用這種方法來攏絡人心
且事實證明，這種摸頭政策非常有效
目前版主也沒有說明是否會舉行投票
如果接下來只因版主覺得勢在必行而忽略掉這點的話
這樣的真算是民主嗎?

接下來回到正題
首先這篇文主要質疑的並不是圖利廠商的問題
而是在版主主導團購的情況，以及目前所制定的團購規則下
假設有廠商介入，是否會有圖利廠商以外人士之嫌?
版主及特定人士會不會有優先之權？
依目前試行規則來看，主辦人必須先以群組信件告知版主團購之詳細內容
經由版主許可後才可發文，團購代買負責人及欲跟團的版友們需私下站內信連絡
假設我剛好有認識業界相關人士，想要玩到第一手的新遊戲或週邊
基於商業因素，如果要以便宜的價格取得，必須要有一定的數量才可行
但是數量也要有一定的上限，不然會破壞市場平衡
也會導致二手片價格更低(一定會有人賣出，而且賣掉後反而還有賺到錢，但廠商賺不到)
進而影響到新遊戲或週邊的市場價格
如果是在許可範圍釋出一定的量，可以預先了解消費者對該商品的人氣及期望度
參考後可以決定正式發售時所需要的貨源數量，一來可以避免商品大量滯銷
二來可以避免一開始對商品價值計算錯誤，導致市面上供不應求，熱潮減退後
就算再次進貨也是沒辦法挽回當初的損失，因為部分消費者已失去興致
將目標轉向接下來的新產品，或是二手交易方式取得
所以以團購名義限量優惠版友，廠商當然樂意執行
商人在商言，沒有一間營利公司是以服務大眾為目的
以鋼之鍊金術士的論點來說︰
「人不付出犧牲，便得不到任何回報；如果要得到什麼，就必須付出同等代價。這就是鍊金
術的基本原則──等價交換。當時我們深信這就是世界的真理。」
身在資本主義的社會中，我們明白要得到金錢或是地位，相對就要付出一些代價
連外掛器賢者之石也是要透過犧牲許多活人材料才能製作而成的
現在問題來了，假設我有認識業代，我和我的親朋好友想玩新遊戲
又要價格低廉，而且一定能買得到，但業代說要購買到足夠的數量才有優惠
如果有達到數量，當然談好就直接購買啦
可是如果我和我的親朋好友遠遠不足已達到所需的數量
但是我剛好在知名的遊戲討論版上擔任版主
如果在主購人及商品來源不需公開的情況下
我是不是可以用團購的名義來湊齊人數呢？
這樣一來，我和我的朋友一定可以買到想要的東西
而且部份不熟的版友也可以得益，這樣可以多少撫平不滿的聲浪
至於他們搶不搶得到那是他們自己的問題
大家可以想一想為何Kinect團購不能公開？而且開過一次，為什麼之後就不能再開？
但是另一個問題又來了，業代說上面不喜歡二手交易，因為對公司營收有害無益
你要和我們拿東西就要想辦法停掉，不然免談

有一天他要求你替他在版上做某些事情的時候，你要如何拒絕呢?
