關於惡碰的問題 - 麻將

昨晚小弟的在打牌的時候，剛好有遇到這個問題
小弟手拿7789桶，其他手牌忘了，
我的下家打九桶，對家拿78統出來吃，然後打七桶
這時上家剛好要拿89桶或68桶來吃(沒有實際看到，只知道他要吃牌)
我就剛好也喊碰，然後不小心現了89桶出來
於是就打了89桶出去，下家就說我惡碰，其實當下只是覺得手上其他張太槍了
89桶比較安全一點，而且我的上下兩家剛好都要七桶
這樣可以另兩個人繞一點遠路聽牌，雖然最後我還是胡了
感覺上下兩家有點不爽的樣子
請問這樣有算惡碰嗎
