關於gameagent購買問題 - Steam

不好意思剛剛我在gameagent購買了borderlands 2 complete

但是我收到的e-mail並沒有啟動borderlands 2的

email 上面只有寫 Borderlands 2: Complete Bundle 沒有serial code

反而是其他goty 或是dlc 有 可以請問一下為什麼嗎>_<
