有關各poker room的紀錄檔

想請問一下....除了PP可以選擇將記錄檔寄回之外.... 其他poker room該怎麼記錄自己打過的牌局呢? 常覺得自己打了手錯誤的牌....但不知道怎麼把log貼上來發問.... 比較常在Poker Champs打...但是那邊的記錄好像不太詳細.... 謝謝大家的解答~~:) - ...
