錯誤訊息 - Switch

　　　我是買美版的Wii
　　　最近玩遊戲會出現錯誤訊息

　　　開機時都正常，但當讀取遊戲片時會出現以下訊息

　　　An error has occurred.
Pressthe Eject Button and remove the disc,
then turn the Wii console off and refer to the
Wii Operations Manual for help troubleshooting.

　　　因為不知道要怎麼做
　　　所以我做了system format
　　　還是一樣

　　　有人知道應該要怎麼辦嗎？

　　　對了，我並沒有做任何修改原廠軟體或硬體的動作
