In Chapter 2 Hattrick defines “Wing skill” as “the ability to
finish off scoring opportunities by advancing down the sides.”

在遊戲手冊第二章，是這麼定義邊鋒技能的 :
透過邊路推進，將機會轉換成進球的能力


Not all players on the pitch use their winger skill.
Naturally, wingers and wingbacks make optimal use of their winger skill,
while other players use their wing skill to a lesser degree,
such as forwards, midfielders played towards wing and central defenders
played towards wing.

並不是所有在場上的球員都會使用到邊鋒技能，
理所當然的，邊鋒以及邊後衛是使用邊鋒技能最多的位置，
同時前鋒、靠邊中場、靠邊中後衛也會使用到邊鋒技能，
只是使用的比例並不是那麼高。

All forwards contribute their wing skill.
Forwards played towards wing use a bit more of their wing skill
than do normal forwards.
Defensive forwards use a bit less of their wing skill than normal forwards.

所有的前鋒都會使用邊鋒技能，並貢獻為進攻評級，
靠邊前鋒比正常站位的前鋒使用的比例多一些，
防守型前鋒又比正常站位的前鋒使用的比例少一些。


Midfielders played towards wing use some of their wing skill,
as do central defenders played towards wing, although not very much.

靠邊中前衛和靠邊中後衛也會使用邊鋒技能，並貢獻為進攻評級，
只是使用的比例並不高。


The following numbers indicate how much players in the different
positions contribute their “wing skill” ability to generate side attacks.

下列提供的數字說明不同位置的球員，如何的使用邊鋒技能並創造邊路進攻。
(註:說實話我不知道多少%要怎麼使用以及換算，先看吧，
另外如果這裡的數字與未公佈的遊戲手策互相違背，請以未公佈的遊戲手冊為準

GK: Makes no use of his wing skill.

守門員 : 不會用到邊鋒技能


CD: CDTW uses 0.19 of his wing skill.
Normal and offensive CDs make no use of their wing skill.

靠邊中後衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的19%
常規中後衛 & 進攻型中後衛 : 不會用到邊鋒技能


WB:
Defensive: Uses 0.28 of his wing skill.
Towards middle: Uses 0.24 of his wing skill.
Normal: Uses 0.44 of his wing skill.
Offensive: Uses 0.54 of his wing skill.

防守型邊後衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的28%
靠中邊後衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的24%
常規邊後衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的44%
進攻型邊後衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的54%


IM: IMTW uses 0.40 of his wing skill.
Normal, defensive and offensive IMs make no use of their wing skill.

靠邊中前衛 : 使用邊鋒技能的40%
常規中前衛 & 防守型中前衛 & 進攻型中前衛 : 不會用到邊鋒技能


W:
Defensive: Uses 0.63 of his wing skill.
Towards middle: Uses 0.49 of his wing skill.
Normal: Uses 0.75 of his wing skill.
Offensive: Uses 0.88 of his wing skill.

防守型邊鋒 : 使用邊鋒技能的63%
靠中邊鋒 : 使用邊鋒技能的49%
常規邊鋒 : 使用邊鋒技能的75%
進攻型邊鋒 : 使用邊鋒技能的88%


FW:
Defensive: Uses 0.11 of his wing skill, distributed to each side.
Normal: Uses 0.16 of his wing skill, distributed to each side.
Towards wing: Uses 0.46 of his wing skill, to one side only.

防守型前鋒 : 同時貢獻給兩邊邊鋒技能的11%
常規前鋒 : 同時貢獻給兩邊邊鋒技能的16%
靠邊前鋒 : 使用邊鋒技能的46%，並且只會貢獻給朝向的那一邊


Given these numbers, it’s easy to see that the main focus of
winger trainers are wingers, wingbacks, and forwards.

透過這些數字得知，邊鋒、邊後衛、以及前鋒，
是使用邊鋒技能最多的位置


Given their 40% wing contribution to side attacks,
inner midfielders with wing skill played towards wing have become
increasingly popular. However,
given the loss in midfield that occurs when a midfielder is played
towards wing,
tactical considerations play a role in one's decision to use this strategy.

因為靠邊中前衛會貢獻40%的邊鋒技能給邊路進攻評級，
所以越來越多人在場上放靠邊中前衛。

然而使用靠邊中前衛，同樣的，你會損失一些中場評級，
因此，戰術性的考量，是你選擇如何擺放球員的重要因素。
