過水&胡牌相關問題 - 麻將

請教各位大大，有假溜的場......
狀況一：
若是聽牌了，想過水拚自摸，上家打了馬上無視去摸牌，在還沒摸到牌時對家喊碰，
此時可以說..我胡嗎？
狀況二：
同上，但若手拿到牌離開原來牌的位置1公分了(還沒用手去摸也沒看到)，
對家喊碰(碰的不算慢)，此時可以胡嗎?
有發生過類似的狀況嗎？
