送禮給自己，卻不知如何退費… - Steam

各位大神好，小弟目前面臨了以下的狀況，爬文後還是找不到答案，懇請各位大神給予援助…
昨天晚上我用了便利商店付款的方式（付款完後，手機收到簡訊，點開簡訊上的網頁登入steam接受禮物）送禮黑暗靈魂3給自己，沒想到玩一玩電腦當到不行，最後實在是受不了決定退費。（有在14天內，只玩了22分鐘）
沒想到遵照退費流程，它卻說steam客服無法處理這個問題，要聯絡送禮者請送禮者申請退費，問題是我自己是用上述的方式送禮給自己啊，這樣我到底要怎麼退費呢？
