請問關於Pathfinder 3擴的問題 - 桌遊

最近開始玩尋路者，跟朋友慢慢推進到3擴剛開，
然後就發現一隻王叫"Black Magga"

3-3 劇情"Here Comes the Flood"
"Place the villain Black Magga faceup next to the
blessings deck.Shuffle all of the cards in the Henchmen
list into a single stack and deal 3 into each location deck."

這段是說把王放置在祝福牌庫旁邊，根據Henchmen list各洗3張牌進地區牌庫。

"At the start of each turn , select a random location deck
and put its bottom 1d4 cards facedown under Black Magga
without looking at them."

每回合開始的時候，隨機選一疊牌庫(註1)從牌庫底下
以不查看的方式把1D4的牌放到"Black Magga"底下。

"When you acquire an ally,put it under this card."

當你獲得盟友就把盟友壓到劇情卡下。

"When there are no cards in the blessings deck ,
if the number of allies under this cards is at least equal to
the number of allies under Black Magga , you win the scenario."

當祝福牌庫沒有牌的時候，劇情卡下盟友牌的數量大於等於"Black Magga"底下的牌，
這個劇情就獲勝。

請問各位玩過的版大

問題1

註1的部分是要怎麼隨機選一，丟骰子嗎?

問題2

所以說該劇情有沒有把全部的門關完都無所謂，
反正祝福牌庫開完的時候，比大小就知道輸贏了嗎?

問題3

根據上文來看完全沒機會遭遇到"Black Magga"
那為何那隻怪還有戰鬥骰判定和遭遇效果的部分呢?

問題有點多，麻煩各位版大了
