請問有人把手把加重過嗎?? - Switch

最近因為太久沒運動了 全身肌肉軟趴趴的
於是重新打開塵封半年的Wii sport
玩來玩去 還是拳擊最有運動的感覺
很快又把一個Mii練到1500的經驗值 代價是腰痠手痠....
但是發現現在這樣的拳擊太簡單了 流的汗不多 練的肌肉也不太夠
所以想問說有沒有人綁些沙包之類的東西在手把上 增加手把的重量
這樣應該對於練手臂的肌肉有幫助吧?
有人有這樣嘗試過嗎 怎麼樣包比較方便拆裝以及不會防礙拳擊的進行?
