Q1.我切到閃電擊.然後腦切師近墳場.對手之後是都不可以用閃電擊了嗎

還是只有腦切師在場上才會有這個效應

Q2.我第一張腦切師切到閃電擊,第一張近墳場後,下第二張,那之前切到的閃電擊

對手還可以施放嗎?
