At the beginning of your upkeep,
if you have 200 or more cards in your library, you win the game.

而鬥智的單卡官方規則在7/1號時加上了一條

2012/7/1 Battle of Wits has an "intervening 'if' clause."
This means that if you don't have 200 or more cards in your library
at the beginning of your upkeep, the ability won't trigger.
If the ability does trigger, but you have fewer than 200 cards
in your library when the ability resolves, the ability will do nothing.

意思是說，如果觸發中包含了"if"，如果沒達到條件，連觸發都不會
所以牌庫如果不足200張，鬥智不會有任何觸發進堆疊

反觀另一張牌圖恩戒指，M13的戒指武具
