於週二例行維修完成後，燃燒軍團將開始進攻艾澤拉斯：
．所有98級或以上的角色會接收前往破碎海岸的任務，在一場事件中對抗軍團的進攻。
．惡魔入侵艾澤拉斯全境，所有10級或以上的角色能參與防守。
．預購軍臨天下的玩家能搶先體驗惡魔獵人，在馬爾頓和背叛者牢獄進行起源故事任務。
．惡魔獵人完成起源任務串後，將被傳送到營陣主城。
至此，惡魔獵人準備好與盟友一同對保衛艾澤拉斯、對抗燃燒軍團。
此外，惡魔獵人可在暴風之盾/戰爭之矛向商人購買敏捷PVP裝備。
