就是寫信的時候請寫給[email protected]。
也就是大GM。
目前我跟另一位網友都可以刷過囉，大家快去試試看罷。

Dear Nyx,
I wonder what is the Risk Management security feature exactly? Would you
explain that to me clearly that I CAN TRY MY BEST TO PASS IT RATHER THAN
AVOIDING IT !
I have paid for my account with the same credit cards for several years,
and the problems never occurred. Now I would like to play Lineage again,
and your system refuses me to pay by the easiest way. I can not buy the
game time card since I am in TAIWAN now, and I will not buy it even if
I am in US. It is your responsibility to welcome your clients to have fun
in Linage, but you make it difficult to us. You do not even know what is
wrong with my credit card, which was issued by （你的信用卡種：MASTER/VISA/JCB
等等之類）and can be even used on Amazon, and Ebay, and any other foreign
country online shopping, but it cannot be used to pay my game account. You
think it is acceptable? I DO NOT THINK SO. As far as I know there are bunch
of taiwanese players who have the same problem, and I DO think it should be
YOUR responsibility to fix it SINCE WE ALL USE DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD WHICH
WERE ISSUED BY DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL RECOGNIZED BANKS AND CREDIT CARD
COMPANIES. If it is the way you treat your clients, then fine, I will not
play it since I cannot never pass it anyway.

創帳號時使用的姓名，建議姓用大寫，名用首字母大寫。
例如說王小明：WANG, Hsiao-Ming
-- What physical address did you use when you created the account?
創帳號時使用的實體地址。
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
創帳號時使用的生日。
-- What are the 20-digit serial codes for all games you added to the account?
帳號的序號，這個是NC剛改制PLAYNC的時候會用到的。20位碼。
舊玩家有被直接提供，新玩家要用USD10買的那個。
-- What is the Unique Account ID for all the game accounts you added to the
account?
特殊帳號ID，這個應該也是創帳號的時候會提供，但我自己都沒有XD。
As to the credit cards last 4 digits, the two cards most frequently used to
pay for Lineage should be;
另外可以提供給NC你最近用來刷的信用卡號最後四碼，我內容是寫最常使用的兩張。
如果要改成一張請把TWO拿掉，然後CARDS改成CARD。

如果你們就是這樣對待客戶的話，那好，反正我也刷不過就都不要玩好了。
