1)Aden Army Reward Program created. All monsters will have the chance to drop
Blood of Fallen Foe. Exchange to General Marcal for Supply Crate.

ii) Level 41-50 get a supply crate for 10 blood of fallen foe.
iii) Level 51+ get a supply crate for 20 blood of fallen foe.

players that have just left one of the newbie player zones.
