縮螢幕就會跳出沒有回應 - 模擬器

請問一下，
我在ps2遊戲的時候，
只要點右上角的 ─ 縮螢幕，
就會出現跳出模擬器沒有回應的視窗，
可是，
用切換別的視窗方式，
沒縮螢幕又不會發生上述情形，
這樣子算是正常情況嗎？
