掌機造成手麻常見的除了低頭造成頸椎壓迫之外(這種通常整隻手都麻)
另外就是手腕用力不當造成橈神經或正中神經壓迫
打掌機/平板其實類似的動作如空姐幫你倒水的時候握拳、掌心向內、拳頭下壓
有些肩頸有問題的板友可能光是手肘打直做這個動作就會感覺到微微的痠痛了
(joycon又比較扁平一點,拳頭握得越緊其實手腕的負擔也會更大
建議長時間玩的人還是買pro把手厚度會比較剛好一點)
由於不太是外傷造成的問題,按摩或針灸多半就可以好很多了,因此很多人都會輕忽
而沒有進一步去處理真正的肩頸或坐姿問題,拖越久會使得手腕的問題越來越嚴重喔
1. 不去醫院/骨科單純是因為快被婆婆媽媽塞爆了,如果有推薦的骨科請自己斟酌
2. 太輕微的毛病常常會被開消炎藥或肌肉鬆弛劑就打發掉了,請認真跟醫生溝通
3. 台灣成年人有圓肩的應該有超過20%,打電動之餘也請多運動....
