在Steam裡面的群組有一篇文

1) First, stop panic and stop creating new threads, because looks like all
users have this problem.
2) When you start CS1.6 you have this error: Could not load library.
3) If you have Half-Life installed - CS is starting with Half-Life background.
4) Reinstalling doesn't help. And here is the clue:
When steam reinstalling and downloading the game files, it doesn't download
cstrike files at all (cstrike folder), only base files (such as valve folder)
- so looks like it is a bug in Steam Content Delivery System - SteamPipe.
So if you all wait a little - valve will fix this, i think.
AFFECTED OS: Windows / Linux / Mac
That's all info for now. Hope Valve will explain it soon.

!!!!!!! THE FIX !!!!!!

1) Disable auto-updates for Counter-Strike in Steam
2) Download the archive
3) Backup you config.cfg and (or) userconfig.cfg files:
* SteamApps/common/Half-Life/cstrike/config.cfg
* SteamApps/common/Half-Life/cstrike/userconfig.cfg
4) Replace your cstrike folder with one in archive
5) Place your config files back
6) Enjoy!

前面大概是說很多使用者都有遇到這個問題，而且重新安裝無法解決
所以是Steam Content Delivery System - SteamPipe的問題
目前已經在修復，等待一陣子應該就能修復
不過如果使用下方的方法，可以幫助您直接修復
1.停止更新
2.下載下面任何一個檔案
3.備份* SteamApps/common/Half-Life/cstrike/config.cfg
* SteamApps/common/Half-Life/cstrike/userconfig.cfg
這兩個檔案
4.把下載好的東西在cstrike資料夾下覆蓋取代
5.貼回步驟三的兩個檔案
