我想請問一下，
正式比賽的時候呀，可以聽MP3 然後哼個歌嗎?
聽我朋友說，他之前比大專盃的時候
對手邊聽音樂邊哼個歌 (據說，唱得很難聽......)
然後，我朋友說害他沒辦法專心思考......
所以，比賽時，可以哼歌或是聽歌嗎?
