死亡擱淺 同捆機 當機問題? - PS

想請問一下 各位前輩有碰過這狀況嗎?
11/9透過pc home買了 PS 4 pro 1tb死亡擱淺同捆機
遊玩至今滿一個禮拜、平均一天遊玩時間 2-3hr 以上
這一個禮拜遊戲，發生了死當狀況大概「至少五次以上」
還曾有一天發生兩次的情況
久按重開機之後大多出現切勿直接拔掉電源的提醒
也曾出現過什麼 錯誤問題請洽遊戲更新... 之類的
通常死當重開機之後
就會恢復正常 很長一段時間都沒狀況
曾去電SONY PS光華店維修中心
但客服僅表示 就是帶主機去檢查看看
如果當下檢查沒出現當機 也無法做什麼處理
想請問一下前輩這狀況常見嗎?
還是我買到機王...
