關於極地裝甲耗魔問題，
有先爬過文了，

"Mana Cost Multipliers, such as 150% from Increased Duration or reduction from
Reduced Mana, do not affect Mana Drained or Mana Drained while moving."
可以知道魔力減免的是不會影響到耗魔，
但魔力減免的品質所扣的耗魔有效果嗎？
同問，女王頭的50%消耗減少有適用嗎？
我弄了一顆1等一顆2等分別放在頭跟一般位置，
確認等級都一樣之後看面板似乎是沒有差別。
