東風東臭莊有人槓牌 - 麻將

之前在家玩是東風東臭莊(就骰完起莊的第一把)則由該莊家重擲骰子決定，
看是骰到自己(算連莊)，或是骰到別人看哪邊開算哪家重新起莊。
(之前自己開場也是第一把臭莊重骰)
當然上ＰＴＴ後，有些場主會先說第一把臭莊直接算連莊。
(我以為這種是議規，即是說好就好)
昨天聽到某板友說有人槓牌，東風東臭莊就算連莊(即不必重擲骰子起莊)；
沒聽過這種所以上來問問看 @@
有這種說法嗎？
