You are receiving this automated message because we are experiencing longer
than usual response times. If you're having a temporary issue with Pokémon
GO that you're not able to reproduce reliably, note that in general, one of
the following should resolve it:

Android device:
1. Open the Settings app on your device. Touch Storage > Apps > Pokémon GO,

2. Make sure that your device's time and date is set to automatic (network

3. Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (WiFi, 3G,
or 4G).
4. Ensure that your phone has not restricted background data access to Google
Play Services and Google Play Store.
5. Open your Google connected apps settings and remove Pokémon GO access.
6. Remove your Google account from your device. Visit the Google Help Center
for additional support.
7. Delete the Pokémon GO app and reinstall the latest official version from
the Google Play Store.

iOS device:
1. Double tap the Home button and swipe up to close the app.
2. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad >
Scroll down and tap Safari > tap on Advanced > Tap Website Data > Tap on
Clear History and Data on the pop-up menu to complete.
3. From the Settings app, select Pokémon Go and turn on Background App
Refresh.
3. Make sure that your device's time and date is set to automatic (network
provided).
4. Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (WiFi, 3G,
or 4G).
5. Delete the Pokémon GO app and reinstall the latest official version from
