rom(含bios或其他版權物)一定違法,這大家都知道@@

月光寶盒如果不含版權物就不違法,包了東西去賣當然違法,問題在於要不要抓
裝置或介面使用了版權物的圖像也會違法,但問題也是在於要不要抓..

模擬器其實都有使用規範,雖然絕大部分的模擬器都是免費的,
但還是有作者的版權宣告,所以只能無償使用,不能拿去營利,
拿去賣當然也違法,但問題還是在於要不要抓..
