星光精靈無法登入 - 楓之谷

小弟今天想回鍋玩下載安裝以後
發現星光精靈選頻道會卡很久才進到角色選擇
一按開始遊戲就黑掉跳出來顯示斷線
試了好幾次都一樣
開綠水靈的角色就能正常登入
但星光精靈就是進不去
想問一下有人也有遇到這個狀況嗎？
