對照兩個時間點的係數修正總覺得哪裡怪怪的

- 利用弱點(戰術大師發動機率提高)改為每個天賦點3%，總計由30% -> 9%
- 集中怒氣增加的傷害由40% -> 30%
狂怒
- 暴怒、嗜血傷害提高12%
- 狂怒之擊、狂暴斬擊(加嗜血暴擊那招)傷害提高5%
- 斬殺的傷害提高5%
這是9/23的HOTFIX
9/13
千軍潰擊 從45秒變成30秒
集中怒氣 從50%砍成40%
兩次SimC中間的差距：
武器： 集中怒氣 50% -> 30% 降20%
千鈞 45S -> 30S 升15秒
暴露弱點 60% -> 18% 降42%
狂怒： 暴怒、嗜血 +12%
狂怒之擊、狂暴斬擊 +5%
斬殺+5%

戰術大師設定每5.5秒觸發一次..... 欸?
從左邊的BUFF覆蓋看每5.9秒就一個粉碎防禦....蛤?
所以敵人的千鈞增傷也是完美100%覆蓋
再看致死的傷害，每個都是疊3+粉碎+千鈞增傷
難怪砍觸發率SimC看不出差別...
天選之人不用考慮機率，完美觸發就對了 = =a
