Martial Law
At the beginning of your upkeep, detain target creature an opponent controls.
(Until your next turn, that creature can't attack or block and its activated
abilities can't be activated.)
如果我用Martial Law detain 對方某個具有啟動式異能的生物
到我的下個回合維持時
我的Martial Law可以先進行detain，讓它無法進行啟動式異能
還是它可以反應detain啟動 啟動式異能
我對於detain直到你下一個回合的何時感到不清楚
求解～

維持階段 拘留生物->回應 啟動異能 這樣合法吧?

還沒進維持階段就是你的下個回合了 所以他已經可以啟動
