崔斯特的問題 - 桌遊

因為我一直都沒空開，不過巴哈有人問，所以我就放過來。

4、崔斯特的技能，Lone Drow：Move your Hero up to his or her Speed ,then
attack 1 adjacent Monster. 字面上是，提昇你的英雄到他或她的速度，然後攻擊一個
鄰近怪物。提昇你的英雄到他或她的速度，指的是什麼?? 這有點難理解。
另一個技能Dancing Serpent，每當你使用一個attack power ,you can move your Hero
up to 2 squares before or after the attack. attack power是指任何一個英雄攻擊
技能?? 後面的在攻擊之前或攻擊之後可以提升2 squares的部份也很難理解。

請大家幫忙回答。
