一局都算是新手，我在 A 身後觀戰，牌拿完 A 閒家理好已經聽了，三筒北風對倒。 A 嗆聽牌後，大家一邊嘴砲一邊打，沒過多久 A 上家打出北風，此時 A 過水！請問 A 還可以胡嗎？實戰是牌局繼續進行，A 解除過水後過幾巡又是同一人打北風，請問可以胡嗎？怎麼算呢？
