問幾張牌的異能和規則～ - 魔法風雲會

各位好～想請問幾張牌的異能和規則，不知道自己有沒有理解錯誤...

1.Slave of Bolas -3{UR}B- Sorcery
Gain control of target creature.
Untap that creature........balabala

請問我可以瞄對方未橫置的生物嗎？
因為他沒寫 target tapped creature，所以想說是不是都可以...

2.Vectis Agents -3UB- Artifact Creature
UB:Vectis Agents gets -2/-0 until end
of turn and is unblockable this turn.

請問，他的異能在對手宣告阻擋之後才發動的話，是不是無效？
也就是檔到就算檔到了，不能事後才說不能檔？

3.Rupture Spire - - Land
Rupture Spire comes into play tapped.
When Rupture Spire comes into play,
sacrifice it unless you pay 1.
......balabala

請問所支付的1點 mana 是屬於耗費掉的費用吧？
也就是說，是支付讓它不用犧牲的費用，
會馬上從 mana pool 消失，不能拿來使用，對嗎？

4.Unstable Frontier - - Land
T:Add 1 to your mana pool.
T:Target land you control becomes the
basic land type of your choice until end of turn.

請問第一個異能會受「啟動式異能不能使用」的影響嗎？
還是說只要是產魔法力的異能都不會受影響？包括可以產 mana 的生物？

另請問第二個異能會導致目標地變色嗎？
比方說它讓一塊海島變成沼澤，那那塊海島會具有「黑色永久物」的性質嗎？
而那塊地到回合結束之前，是「海島/沼澤」還是「沼澤」而已？
