I've got some complaints that the Doppelganger boss is unfair. I don't think
so. I've designed him so that he could be beaten by a bare whip. At very easy
you can diagonally whip him to death quite easily. At normal it's a bit
harder, you have to use backflips.

The following issues are fixed:

- The player's sprite jitter while scrolling and walking is reduced
- Forward jump over a stationary platform now works on those certain
gamepads where it didn't work previously.
- Timer freezing issues are now fixed
- Extra effort is put to prevent the player's sudden death while fighting
Ghost ship bosses. Please, report if this happens again.
- Mermen no longer skyrocket when there is no platform to land on beneath them
- Ninja skeletons now burst into flames instead of freezing when dying
on a moving platform.
- Options are now stored in an ini file and restored on startup
- Added some primitive volume controls to the options menu,
and some more
