吃牌時先棄牌 - 麻將

一直以來我打麻將的習慣就是讓牌局越快速進行越好
所以都習慣吃牌先棄牌，然後順手把要吃的牌從海底拿回來
這樣下家就可以先摸牌，不用等我拿牌進來吃，再棄牌這樣
但剛剛看了討論串，好像很多人認為這種行為是爛咖？
想請問為什麼這種舉動不ok？
