古幣後續處理 - 神魔之塔

大家好：
先前的古幣事件( 古幣抽瑪雅，結果被吃卡 )，經回報後，官方提供了兩個處理方案給玩家。
信件往返中，客服人員也在08/27答覆，說明已將相關資訊回報技術人員排序處理。
小弟選的是方案二( 回溯卡片並派發對應數量魔法石與古幣 )，但迄今未見處理。
想請問同樣選擇方案二的版友：
(1) 有人已經取回多抽的魔法石與古幣了嗎？
(2) 回報時間與處理時間各是何時呢？
(3) 其他相關細節。
還請大家不吝回覆，給同樣在苦苦等候的朋友一點資訊可供參考。
