英文說明書中的一部份

Example:
blue,red, yellow, and green are playing in this
order, blue draw a robber tile. he place his robber
on the scoring track on the space where the red player
has his scoring marker.

這邊我都看得懂，就是藍色抽到強盜版塊後，
把強盜米寶放到計分板上的紅色計分米寶那格。

as the red and yellow player already have their robber
on the scoring track,
green may now place his robber on the scoring track.

這裡我看不懂

是指當紅色、黃色也有強盜米寶時，
綠色也可以將自己的米寶放上去的意思嗎?

即使綠色沒有抽到強盜版塊，且此回合是藍色的回合?
