升級到4.1j後初始化不能安裝hbc - 改機

我本來軟改好了也升到4.1j了..但初始化後又重新要安裝hbc 等頻道卻不能安裝
並且出現以下訊息..我也用置底文重新安裝也不行...
請大大幫幫忙..我不知道怎麼辦了..
