刷5.0M33出現無法啟動.資料以毀損. - 改機

不好意思請問一下...
我今天因為螢幕內有灰塵跑去$ony送修，
而把韌體刷回官方5.0
但$ony工程師說是包膜導致的問題
要修要換掉上殼，得自費1150元
後來我決定不修...
然後回家想說刷個5.0M33-4
卻顯示無法啟動.資料已毀損.
我資料夾有放正確，檔案大小也無誤
也沒辦法刷回4.01M33...
能請問一下這是什麼問題嗎?
有可能是我板子被換了嗎?
