出現"無法偵側目前位置"訊息 (LG G4) - PokemonGO

家裡長輩本來拿的Note5摔到螢幕有裂痕
所以用親戚換機退下來的LG G4玩
進入遊戲後卻會出現"無法偵側目前位置"的訊息，如下圖

補給站跟道館時有時無，而Nearby都是一直沒有怪出現，根本沒辦法玩
重開、重灌遊戲都是如此
但用本來的Note5完全正常，刷補給站、抓怪、打頭目都可以
所以可確定不是帳號的問題
網路查的結果是說去 開發人員選項>允許虛擬定位> 不要勾選
這支G4本來的設定就是"無"，重新再選擇"無"後
進入寶可夢遊戲還是一樣狀況，沒辦法玩
有大大也遇過這種問題嗎?請問如何解決?
