兩個關於費用的問題 - 魔法風雲會

有這種敘述的效果：
"You may play that card without paying its mana cost."
對於費用中有X的牌，可以指定任意的X嗎？

請問是不是因為祈願巨靈直接把咒語放上堆疊，
所以假設祈願巨靈放上去的是有X的咒語，會直接X=0？

2.
假設一個異能要求橫置多個生物作為支付，
請問我可以在施展前的不同時間點橫置同一個生物作為支付嗎？
比方說，我能不能利用一隻孤子的異能自己以支付史革達高階僧侶的異能費用呢？
