全境封鎖電腦配備問題 - Steam

目前小弟電腦配備如下
CPU：i7 2600
主機板 ：Z68(微星的板子型號忘記了)
記憶體：4GDDR3*4條
顯卡：ASUS ROG STRIX 1080-A8G
螢幕：ASUS VA32AQ(2K螢幕)
原因是因為前幾天買了新的顯卡想說2K螢幕全境開極高FPS鎖60應該綽綽有餘
結果沒想到居然無法鎖60(50~60之間不過大概都在55～60在跳最低還會看到4開頭)
我也把垂直同步關掉改開FPS最高60結果一樣無法鎖在FPS60
因為N家的驅動有內建錄影程式我有使用那個東西而且我知道那個程式多少也會有點影響
效能所以我錄影品質也是設在中然後改錄影解析度到1080p
但即便如此還是無法讓全境的FPS鎖在60
請問版上的各位大大知道大概是哪邊出了問題嗎？還是全境的優化真的做得很爛呢？
