雖然說在老任還沒有確定消息前，
臆測什麼的幾乎都很容易往悲劇的方向前進，
只是看目前老任在代理版除了針對語言中文化，
像是遊戲分級等都有針對在地化的修正，
與現在官網並沒有 e-Shop 相關的情報，
這讓我想到一個令人在意的點：退費機制。
會讓我想到這點就是因為之前 App Store 跟 Android Market 的事件，
雖然目前 e-Shop 上的遊戲有提供體驗版，
但並不是全部都有，
甚至說，有體驗版的遊戲以目前的比例算少數，
若老任會在意符合在地法規的規範，
他要怎麼處理退費機制？
甚至說，目前 e-Shop (日) 能退費嗎？
如果因為這樣乾脆的不提供 e-Shop 服務也就算了，
頂多讓一堆人馬上宣告老子不買了，
或者繼續幫其他區衝銷售量；
但如果有提供卻為了符合法規，
但又無退費機制，
造成 e-Shop 只能提供有體驗版的遊戲販售下載，
那這場鬧劇還真的不是寫個慘字可以了結的。
